Working in a small organisation often makes it difficult to focus upon long term sustainability. Knowing this the Board of a not for profit entity in the ACT commissioned I Irvine & Associates to review its business processes and ongoing viability.

The result of this review was a report that described current and likely future trends and possible corrective action that could be taken to enhance viability and sustainability. The Board was more than satisfied with the exercise, adopted all the recommendations and is in the process of progressively implementing them confident that the organization will emerge stronger and more focused upon its core activities.
