This was a two stage process with a second stage submission being required following the success of the first. Although deadlines were short I Irvine & Associates was able to partner with College leaders to research and write submissions that were warmly received by the College Community.

The result of this review was a report that described current and likely future trends and possible corrective action that could be taken to enhance viability and sustainability. The Board was more than satisfied with the exercise, adopted all the recommendations and is in the process of progressively implementing them confident that the organization will emerge stronger and more focused upon its core activities.

A leading Victorian university commissioned I Irvine & Associates to review its committee structure and to advise it on any changes that might be desirable. The review included a desk audit, national comparisons and a series of interviews with senior staff. A major report has been prepared which is currently under consideration.
